Payment when using the webshop
It is possible to make payments on the webshop using one of the following methods:
- Credit card payment in full (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Credit card payment in installments up to 6 months (American Express)
- Bank transfer based on the offer which can be requested as a registered user
Payment at our sales points
At the Zagreb sales point, it is possible to make payments using one of the following methods:

- Credit card payment in installments up to 6 months (American Express)
- Bank transfer based on the offer
At the Zadar sales point, it is possible to make payments using one of the following methods:
- Credit card payment in full (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Credit card payment in installments up to 6 months (American Express)
- Bank transfer based on the offer
- Cash payment
Wholesale customers
Wholesale customers can make payments in the same way as private individuals. Additionally, payment for wholesale customers can also be made with deferred payment. In order to approve deferred payment, the customer must go through an approval process during which the customer will provide appropriate security instruments to ALETA as agreed with the company's financial department. ALETA reserves the right to cancel or not approve deferred payment for customers who do not have good credit parameters. After the approval of deferred payment, wholesale customers can place orders with deferred payment via email, fax, or through the webshop as registered customers up to the limit agreed with the financial department.
